What hours and days do Oak Lane staff work?

Our domestic staff usually work between the hours of 9am and 3pm – we like to be out of your home for when you most want to be with your family.

For our other cleaning services we can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It all depends on your business needs. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss your schedule.

What kind of insurance cover does Oak Lane Cleaning have?

We’ve got you covered. Oak Lane has public liability insurance to £5 million and £10 million employers’ liability. We also have key holder liability cover. We’re insured to the eyeballs to protect everyone involved. We plan for every hazard. Risk assessments and method statements are individually tailored to your business.

Why are there no prices on the website?

You might have a figure in mind of what you’re willing to pay for a cleaner, or you’re looking for a straightforward £ / hour price. We get that.

However, we’ve found that the only way to accurately quote is to have an in-depth chat about your needs. We’ll visit you to come up with a plan. With Oak Lane Cleaning you only pay for what your actually need. Unlike others we won’t flog you unnecessary extras, it’s not our style.
