I genuinely love the office side of my role — speaking with customers, coordinating cleaning schedules, and supporting our cleaning teams to make sure everything runs smoothly day to day. Clear communication and strong relationships are at the heart of what we do, whether that’s with our clients, our staff, or the estate agents we work closely with across Northamptonshire.
I actually started my journey at Oak Lane as a Cleaner, and I truly believe that hands-on experience makes me better at what I do today. I understand the realities of the job because I’ve done it myself — and I still get involved when needed. I’m never afraid to roll my sleeves up and get my hands dirty; in fact, I enjoy it.
That understanding helps me plan work realistically, support our teams properly, and ensure our customers receive a service that’s both professional and practical.
